Job Description

Excelling in all aspects of PCB supply chain management, they have enjoyed unprecedented levels of growth, supplying a customer base within Europe and the United States. An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing the improvement activities of the quality department. Your goal will be to ensure your team exceeds customer satisfaction by continuously improving supplier performance. You will also guarantee that relevant quality system requirements are maintained. Your duties will include: * Analysing the supply base performance * Acting as the main point of contact for customer returns or complaints for any quality related issues * Reviewing and analysing samples and identifying poor performing suppliers * Providing leadership to the inspection team and managing resources effectively * Engaging in both customer and supplier review meeting to support continuous improvement To be considered for the role of Quality Manager, you will need: * Extensive experience within a quality based environment, either within a manufacturing or wholesale environment * A proven track record of driving quality improvements * Familiarity with SPC techniques/FMEA/CPK/Control Plans * Knowledge of TS/ISO (9001:2000 & 14001) quality systems * Familiar with IPC related specifications Additionally, you will need to be computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
