Our booming Online Recruitment Company located in Bristol’s City Centre is looking for experienced, enthusiastic, self motivated and career minded people to work as New Business / Recruitment Sales Consultants in our fast-paced environment.

Location: Bristol City Centre Salary: £17,000 to £22,000 basic salary + commission, OTE £35-50K first year, £50-70K second year (uncapped) Benefits: Full training provided. Full-time, permanent position

Applicants for this New Business / Recruitment Sales Consultant role should possess:

• A proven track record in Sales, Recruitment, Recruitment Advertising or Recruitment-orientated New Business Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales or similar B2B Sales

• Excellent communication skills – written, face-to-face and verbal

• A confident, professional manner

• Ideally qualified to degree level, strong ‘A’ level qualifications or equivalent

• An impeccable work ethic and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude

• An ability to work under their own initiative and source their own leads

• Great IT skills

• Experience in Flat-Fee / Online Recruitment is not essential, but would be advantageous
